I work very closely with both the EBSCO Discovery Services (EDS) development team and the sales team. I ensure that our customers are able to accomplish their goals using EDS - if EDS isn't meeting their needs, I find ways to improve upon the product to make sure it does.

As Head of Library Systems, I provided leadership and management for digital projects, services and systems at the library. Though user engagement, assessment, and vision, I defined and planned initiatives for our integrated library system, virtual reference and instruction services, digitization projects, instructional technology projects, and more.
